My Refrigerated Item Arrived Warm

If your order was shipped in packages containing cold packs, to help keep the cold air in & the heat out, so that the contents do not overheat for that specific product to ensure that the integrity of enzymes are not compromised. Their purpose it to not keep the product cold. We do understand that these products will appear warm/hot once they arrive, and this is perfectly normal. The most important factor is that the lid is airtight/sealed to prevent moisture from entering the bottle. As long as they are properly stored & refrigerated after delivery, they will retain their stated potency & are perfectly safe for use.
